All products ship from our store in Anchorage, AK. We offer free shipping on all orders over $25 to anywhere in the U.S.

 

We will ship products anywhere in the world; however, our trial packages will only ship to the U.S. and Canada.

RETURN POLICY

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Lil Kapoo’s! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns 
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You'll also need the order number,  receipt, or proof of purchase.

No Commitment Cloth Diaper Returns:

Lil Kapoo's is committed to helping every family have a successful cloth diapering journey. We know that cloth diapers are an investment, and it can be very disappointing when you end up with a diaper style or brand that does not work for your child. Because of this we have created our No Commitment Cloth Diaper Return policy. Just buy any cloth diaper we offer, and keep it for up to 30 days. If the diaper works for you great, you're done! If not, send it back to us and you'll receive the entire purchase price back in store credit.

 

A few notes on our no commitment policy: Returned diapers must be sent back in clean and undamaged condition. You will also need to provide your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase. Sorry, preloved diapers are excluded from this promotion.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Manufacture Defect

All of the products we carry come with a manufactures warranty that varies by brand. If you receive a defective product please visit the brand website and follow their instructions on returning the product. If you need help with this process feel free to contact us.

 

Pre-Loved Diaper

Our Pre-loved diapers are not covered under our 30 day return policy. All Pre-loved diapers are final sales.

 

Rental Package Returns

Cloth Trial
Your 30 or 90 day trial period begins on the day the package is delivered. Diapers must be mailed back by the date specified in your agreement paperwork. Upon return, diapers will be inspected for damage. If no damage is found your store account will be credited. Diapers should be sent back in clean condition, please follow instruction on returning diapers from your package. Normal staining is expected.
We do not offer full refunds on our cloth trail or newborn rental programs. If you encounter a problem with your package please contact us upon receipt.
